At DSA, we're committed to solving your business's most pressing challenges. In this case, DSA was engaged by a non-profit providing resources to postpartum mothers and critical care nourishment to newborn babies. They needed an engineering firm to repair obsolete pasteurization and chiller equipment no longer supported by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). DSA was able to repair the old machines as a temporary fix, followed by designing and building customized automated equipment to replace obsolete and unsupported equipment for them and others throughout the industry. Our methodical approach to listen carefully to customer feedback & expectations led to the MilkSafe product designs, infused with flexible and ease-of-use features combined with energy efficient separation of pasteurization and chiller functions that also removes process bottlenecks and increases overall production capacity.
